How to find an event (and what to do if an event is not listed yet)

Below we’ll take you through steps on how to find events and how to reach us if the event you’re looking for has not been listed yet so that we can add them for you personally.

1. Finding an event/race

1.1 From the Home Page:

Head to the home page, type in your event and click ‘Search’. You can also check what’s on at a specific location by searching ‘London’ or ‘Australia’.

You will then be taken to the event listings page.  Select the race you want to view from the available options. ** If no result is returned, please refer to ‘My event does not exist, what do I do?’ under Section 2 a few lines down to see how easily we can create your map for you.

2. My event does not exist. What do I do?

If your event is not listed yet, we will happily create it for you as a priority.  We work with RunSignUp and also add multiple global races on-demand for many users every day, and we hope to serve you too.

DID YOU KNOW? Accommodation options are retrieved around a specific geographical point/location/address (e.g 7 Australia Avenue, Sydney Olympic Park, Sydney, Australia.  TIP: Just enter it on Google Maps and copy/paste the address from there)

Simply pop an email over to info@gettothestart.com with the event name, dates, event URL (Website) and location around where you want the map to center.  If you need help in finding a point, like the exact start line of a race, let us know and we’ll help you.
