We are offering a strength class for runners at M/Body on Thursday nights at 6:45. These classes are designed specifically for runners.
The class focuses on building a "complete" runner. Each session will feature a dynamic warm up, running-specific strength exercises as well as core/flexibility movements. Additionally, sessions will begin and end with "pre-habilitation" excercises that will help keep you on the roads! Expect to work with bands, weights, stability balls, foam rollers, TRX and more to help you achieve your goal of becoming a more powerful and durable runner.
